We want everyone who contacts Worstcomprehensive Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something is wrong with work at your home, start by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Worstcomprehensive Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@worstcomprehensive.homes and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
